Payment

All payments are debited from your account when the goods are ordered.

We use Stripe for our online payments.

Dispatch Policies

All orders (subject to stock availability) are dispatched the next business day at the very latest.

Orders received on UK Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day.

If we are unable to dispatch by the next business day we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund.

One-Wear Disposables will ship anywhere in the world

Australia International Shipping

Standard International Shipping is charged at a fixed rate, no matter how large the order.

One-Wear sends all orders by Royal Mail Air Mail.

As orders are sent from the UK you will be liable for local customs and duties.

Returns

If for some reason you wish to return your order please email us at ask@One-Wear.co.uk and we will provide you with a Return Identification number and the postal address to send the packet to.

When returning the items please ensure that you include a copy of the invoice.

Due to the sanitary nature of the underwear we are unable to accept returns of opened packets of underwear.

Payments will be refunded within 2 working days of receiving the returned items.
